Who Am I?
For those of you that don't know me, I'm Ross, Certified Fitness Expert and Wellness Coach. I've been helping people with their health and body goals for over 20 years. Throughout my years of training and competing as a bodybuilder, I've created many effective techniques for fitness and mental reprogramming to achieve real pro results.

WEEKLY 1-ON-1 BODY COMPOSITION WEIGH-INS (6 total)

PERSONAL MEAL GUIDANCE & ACCOUNTABILITY
For you to get the best results, it's best I don't do this alone.
I'll be working alongside of my great colleague, Health and Wellness Coach Alex Dill.
Coach Alex and I both train together. He's great at helping you to maintain your focus by way of instilling responsibility and being your accountability partner in between your fitness sessions.

Also, he'll help you plan your meals which are designed for shredding body fat and optimizing your health.
